- Trauma symptoms can include nightmares, flashbacks, feeling as though you are back reliving the trauma, feeling detached and disconnected
- You may find yourself avoiding people, places, and experiences that remind you of what happened
- You may feel panic when seeing certain things, hearing certain sounds, smelling certain smells, feeling certain things, and sometimes you may not know what is causing the reaction
- You may have feelings of guilt, shame, self-doubt, or responsibility for what happened
